A Conference Fresh Expressions Strategy. The goal is to create a self-sustaining blended ecology ecosystem of thriving congregations and innovative Christian communities that exist in symbiosis and ignite leaders of all generations to explore new, passional expressions of church.
Book-Based Training Days
One-day training events for small or large groups. These trainings dive deep into the content of Michael Beck’s books to provide practical learning and a focused study of the themes and insights explored within the books.
Recovery Church Launch Training
Every congregation has the capacity to start recovery ministries that literally save lives. Leaders have a responsibility to equip congregants to be in ministry with those in recovery. Additionally, the 12 steps provide a powerful framework for discipleship. Michael and Jill Beck are wounded healers who form communities from their experiences in recovery and can provide you with the tools and training to start a recovery church that reaches those in your community.
Dream Lab
Dream Lab is a 24-hour getaway for a team of people from your church to break out of imaginative gridlock. Sitting around a table with your team, a brainstorming facilitator will guide the room through creative prompts and questions to allow the Holy Spirit to lead them to the next dream God has for their church.
